First Choice Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine at Windham Hospital has cared for the rehabilitation needs of the Windham community for more than 40 years. Our practice offers the expert care you've come to expect from Windham Hospital and its physical medicine program.
First Choice Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine provides the most advanced care available, highly trained Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and state-of-the-art technology. We pride ourselves on our clinical excellence, personal approach and one-on-one care. Our atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. We realize that there are other choices in town, but we also know all therapy programs are not the same. With that in mind, it's our goal to prove to you that we deserve to be your "First Choice" when it comes to rehabilitation and sports medicine.
We are conviently located on west Main Street in Willimantic next to MedEast Walk in clinic and in front of Shaw's. We have plenty of parking and are handicapped accessable. We accept most major insurances, workers comp cases and motor vehicle accidents.

from 7:30 AM till 7 PM Monday - Thursday
and 7:30 AM till 4:30 PM on Friday.
