, LMT, CST, CYT, RMT is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (1990) and is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in CT and RI. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1995 and has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1989. She is one of only 10 UI Certified CranioSacral Therapists (CST) in CT including training in Pediatric and Obstetric Cranial work and is a Certified Teaching Assistant and Instructor of Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy for the Upledger Institute (UI). Anne is also a Certified Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) and a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher (CYT). She is the Developer of the G.R.A.C.E. Healing Method. Anne uses a holistic approach to help people relax, reduce stress and relieve pain. She works with the client to develop a unique plan to achieve optimal health and wellness addressing the whole body-mind-spirit of the person.

Nationally certified and state licensed as a massage therapist, Pat offers therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, integrated energy work) to clients for stress reduction, promoting healing, and a balanced life. Additionally, she is currently pursuing training in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute.
Gary Smith, LMT, is a graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy with Advanced Studies in working with people living with Cancer. He first began at Windham Hospital as a student intern and has since returned to offer therapeutic massage services to all of our patients and staff.
