Position Title:
Director of In-Patient Nursing Services
Department:
Nursing Administration
Position Description:
Under the general direction of the Vice-President for Nursing plans, organizes and directs all activities of the designated departments with full accountability. The Director is responsible for the clinical, personnel and financial management of the assigned units. Effectively interacts with patients, families and significant others. Strong interpersonal skills required. Extensive in-patient clinical experience preferred. Current State of CT RN license, MSN required with five years of progressive nursing management experience.
