Start your morning (or finish your evening) with a fresh and lively class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. Moves are taken from hop-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training, and are bundled into one hour. Saturday morning classes also available.
