“Transitions” is a free 8-week program offered by Windham Hospital to new mothers. Nancy McDowell, MSW, LCSW and Diane Thompson, MA will help you learn how to develop an identity of your own within your new family, the symptoms and early warning signs of post-partum depression (PPD) and how to connect with your infant and feel secure in your parenting skills.
