Forum to Discuss Women’s Health Solutions
WILLIMANTIC, CT- October 30, 2008. Windham Hospital will be hosting a series of free forums to discuss health issues of concern to our community. The first forum is entitled: Symptoms & Solutions: Health Resources for Women and will take place on November 18, 2008 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the Hatch Day Room. Experts in the field of women’s healthcare, including Drs. Yvette Martas and Rob Gildersleeve, Beth Cheney, APRN, Women’s Health Coordinator at Windham Hospital, and nurse midwives, Maren Robertson and Stephanie Welsh will be on hand to discuss women’s health issues from the childbearing years to menopause. These events are designed to be both informative and interactive, providing time for individuals to ask questions and find solutions.
