Position Title: Histotechnician (HT-ASCP)/Histotechnologist (HTL-ASCP)

Department:Laboratory
Position Description: Must be a graduate of an Accredited Histology Program HT/HLT ( ASCP) registered or eligible. One year experience desired but will consider recent graduate. Will be responsible for processing, embedding, microtomy, fixation and staining of Histology specimens. Position also requires aspects of analysis, quality control and performance improvement within the laboratory. Assisting in Cytopreparation is also required

Shift Time Schedule:6:00 a.m. - 12:00 noonAverage Weekly Hours:20
Days:Monday - Friday; Occasional weekend may be required.
